Sewing

A.Cloth Cutting
1. Cut within the same roll of cloths or between neighbor serial numbers.
2. Keep the cloth cutter sharp by frequent sharpening.
3.Minimize the number of layers to avoid cutting error. Insert paper or non-woven cloth between layers for a better effect.
4. Mark the cutting with pin and then cut it with confirmation.

B. Sewing
1. Adopt 10mm for cutting unit standard, avoid using defect needle, always use fine needle if possible, pay attention to avoid uneven sewing and bulging.
2. Sewing lining to fabric: the lining should be above the fabric to minimize sewing misalignment. Sewing the linings: even up the lining before sewing.
3.Tension should be lower for upper line, balance the tensions of upper and lower lines.

C. Ironing
1.Steam ironing should be adopted for rayon lining and acetate lining with temperature of 110-130 ?. Temperature for other linings should be 130-150 ?.
2.Please adopt vacuum frame for better ironing effect and make sure the ironer is bright before using it.

D. Confirmation
The above items should be mastered. Confirmation by samples before batch production is a must when you use linings produced by our company.
